Quality without compromise

Wulura Olive Oils

Olive oil makes sense. It's healthy and it tastes good. And Wulura's 6000 carefully nurtured olive trees produce extra virgin olive oil of the finest quality.

Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is being increasingly recognised for its health benefits as an alternative to butter, margarine and crop oils. It might be relatively new to Australia but for thousands of years it has been an integral part of the healthy Mediterranean diet.

The olive is ideally suited to Margaret River. At Wulura Farms we have been gradually bringing our olive trees to optimum maturity to make olive oil of luscious mouth feel and subtle flavour.

Our sun-ripened fruit is hand-harvested and within 24 hours the olives are pressed and processed into oil. That means it's straight from the tree to the bottle to you, free from any additives, for the ultimate in purity and freshness. Use Wulura extra virgin olive oil to cook in, dip your bread in, as a salad dressing, in cakes and muffins, or drizzle it over just about anything. Yum!
